If payment has to be paid in euros, then there is a 40euro surcharge per cheque/transaction if not drawn on a french account.
All cheques are to be made payable to T & G Abell, at Montravail, 17260, Gemozac, France.
A 25% deposit is to be paid at time of booking, which is non refundable, with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date, failure to do so may result in cancellation of
holiday.
There is a £150(refundable) breakage/security deposit per property which is to be paid with the final payment and will be refunded by cheque within 10 days after the departure date.
All party member names must be given at time of booking, failure to do so may result in cancellation of booking.
The prices quoted are for the use of the beds and do not include the use of the sofa beds, these are charged extra regardless of numbers in cottage.
Cancellations made 2 weeks or less prior to arrival date will result in loss of any refund, except for the £150 breakage/security deposit.
Cancellations at 3 weeks prior to arrival date will result in a loss of deposit + 80% of balance, except breakage/security deposit.
Cancellations at 4 weeks prior to arrival date will result in a loss of deposit + 60% of balance, except breakage/security deposit.
Cancellations at 6 weeks prior to arrival date will result in a loss of deposit + 40% of balance, except breakage/security deposit.
T & G Abell will not be held responsible for loss or damage to any personnel belongings.
For the comfort of all guests, NO SMOKING is allowed in or around the property,including all of the grounds, failure to comply WILL result in loss of breakage/security deposit and could lead to
beeing asked to leave the premises permanently without any reimbursements.
Linen and towels are included in the price,(1 set, per person, per week)If staying for more than 1 week we will exchange at the end of each week,we ask that you refrain from washing our linen and
towels, if washed and damaged (colour change)appears then replacement will be deducted from breakage deposit.
On arrival at your cottage we ask that you inspect and report any possible damage that you may find immediately to avoid you being charged for any repairs.
It is the responsibility of the tenant to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition,or a cleaning charge may be levied.
Although we have insurance,our insurers advise that you take out your own personnel travel insurance.
POOL:
For the safety of children it is the responsibility of all guests to maintain that the fence is kept closed at all times but children are the responsibility of their
parents/gaurdians.
Although the pool is heated, the temperature can not be gauranteed.
